Psychology of Crime & Justice Minor

Double Dipping Policy

Classes that count toward the Psychology of Crime and Justice Minor cannot count toward another major or minor, with the following exception.  The introductory classes (CJC 101, and PSYC 101) can count toward both the Psychology of Crime and Justice Minor and the department's minor. In Fall of 2019, students will be able to count one required or approved elective course of their Psychology of Crime and Justice Minor toward this minor and toward another interdisciplinary or departmental minor or major.  Thus, students may complete the PSYCJ-Minor with five unique courses and one course that douple dips, counting for both the PSYCJ-MINOR and another major or minor.

Students who major in Psychology AND major in Criminal Justice and Criminology cannot minor in the Psychology of Crime and Justice.
