Let's Get Started

Your path to success begins here.

At Loyola University Chicago’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS), we understand adult learners–your needs, your concerns, and your desire to scale new heights. We also recognize enrolling in college can be a daunting process. With our convenient online course options and robust financial aid opportunities, you will not have to rearrange your life or your finances to pursue your degree or certificate.

Our focus on you begins immediately with the application process. We accept applications on a rolling basis for all of our degree and certificate programs, so you can apply when you are ready.

If you are pursuing an undergraduate degree, you will need to supply:

  • A completed application
  • Official transcripts from any post-secondary institutions you attended in their original, sealed envelope from the issuing institution. If you do not have any previous college coursework, please submit a high school transcript or GED certification.

If you are pursuing an undergraduate certificate, you will need to supply:

  • A completed application

If you are pursuing a Graduate Degree, Graduate Certificate, or Post-Baccalaureate Certificate, you will need to supply:

  • A completed application
  • Official transcripts showing conferral of your undergraduate degree
  • In some cases, reference letters and statements

After we have received all required application materials, please allow a minimum of two weeks for an admission decision.

Please view each program page for specific application information, and visit our Application Process page for more details.

“Amazing things can happen if we embrace all the incredible chances and make all the uncomfortable choices.” Angela Broadway ’22
