ISPB Supports Vision Research at Loyola
The Loyola University Chicago Department of Ophthalmology gratefully recognizes the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness (ISPB) for its longstanding and generous support of vision research. This year, Loyola investigators received approximately $76,000 in ISPB research funding, supporting research opportunities for residents and medical students across the department. We extend our special thanks to Elyse Fineman, ISPB Executive Director and Illinois Director of Prevent Blindness, for her tremendous work in coordinating the research grant program, facilitating communication with investigators, and supporting the grant process, and to the entire ISPB team for their continued dedication to vision research in Illinois.
