Paul Roberts is the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success at Loyola University Chicago, where he has held senior leadership roles since 2002. With nearly four decades of experience in higher education, Roberts has led strategic initiatives across admission, financial aid, marketing & communications, and student success, supporting both undergraduate and graduate student populations in public and private institutions.

He is recognized for building high-performing teams and implementing data-informed strategies that drive institutional growth. Under his leadership, Loyola has experienced consistent enrollment gains, including several years of the largest freshman classes and total enrollment in the university’s history.

Roberts previously held leadership roles at DePaul University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. He earned an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Liberal Studies from St. Mary’s College.
