FREE or PAID events (no fundraising needs)

Marketplace – Web-based registration for simple RSVP’s that has no cost to use and is controlled by Loyola’s ITS team. Can support free or paid events and produces Excel or PDF guest list reports that you as the event planner can run in real time. This solution is a web page only. This system does not have the ability to send email invitations to invitees. For more information on paid events, click the ‌ guidelines.

CVENT

Web-based registration software for simple or complex events. Cost to use is $2.50 per registrant. This event software is highly customizable and can support anything from a simple RSVP, to a multi-day conference with sessions and/or tickets. Guest lists can be downloaded in real-time to Excel and mobile and iPads can be used for mobile application for day-of event check in. This software has a sophisticated email invitation tool which allows you to send targeted email messages to invitees, attendees, and/or session registrants throughout the life of the event.

Once you secure approval from the Special Events department, you will be directed to an event-setup form and connected with the appropriate staff to have your event page developed.

iModules — Web-based registration for free or paid events. There is no cost to use, and is only available when the audience is Alumni and/or donors and if there is a fundraising component involved. This software has a sophisticated email invitation tool which allows you to send targeted email messages to invitees, attendees, and/or session registrants throughout the life of the event. This software produces guest lists in Excel format.
