Nominations for the Faculty Member of the Year

Nomination Process

Nominators are responsible for submitting the following materials by April 30 here: 

• Name of nominator, department
• Nominee information (name, department, academic rank)
• Statement of support for the nominee that addresses their contributions in the areas of scholarship/creative work, teaching/mentorship, and service, and how their contributions relate to the university's mission over the last year (one-page maximum, 12 pt font, 1-inch margins, single-spaced).

Nominees will be asked to submit the following for review by May 15 here: 

• Statement from the nominee that addresses their contributions over the last year in the areas of scholarship/creative work, teaching/mentorship, and service, and how their contributions relate to the university’s mission (two-page maximum, 12 pt font, 1-inch margins, single-spaced).
• Curriculum vitae

Colleague is asked to submit a letter of support by May 15 here: 

• Letter of support that addresses the nominee’s contributions in the areas of scholarship/creative work, teaching/mentorship, and service, and how their contributions relate to the university’s mission over the last year (May-April) (one-page maximum, 12 pt font, 1-inch margins, single-spaced).
