Loyola University Chicago School of Law has full-time and adjunct faculty with deep expertise in a variety of international and comparative law areas, including international arbitration, international trade, public international law, international human rights, international business transactions, international civil litigation, comparative antitrust law, and international mediation. There are also opportunities to study with our faculty in Rome, London, and Beijing, as well as other countries that are the focus of our Global Law Seminar. Beyond the courses mentioned above, many courses innovatively blend domestic and international law as a reflection that the global practice of law is increasingly linked by convergence of laws and legal systems.
