A note from the Executive Director

I am pleased to share with you The Business Leadership Hub's strategic plan 2022-2025. This plan culminates extensive discussion and collaboration among the Hub community with input from across the university and from our membership. We have collectively strived to produce a dynamic plan setting forward a bold, yet achievable, road map to guide the current and future activities of the centers and Loyola Limited (student-run businesses) at the Hub.

Our goal has ultimately been to create sources of competitive advantage in research, teaching, and co-curricular experiences for our faculty, students, membership, and broader communities. The strategic plan 2022-2025 capitalizes on the Hub's powerful internal and external strengths, taking advantage of its diverse social, entrepreneurial, and innovation-based opportunities that lie ahead while navigating a challenging global environment.

Please take a moment to review the priorities, tactics, and a comprehensive set of actions created to achieve the mission of the Hub.
