International Education Week

Global Engagement will kick off International Education Week 2026 a celebration of Loyola’s international engagement, on Monday, November 16th. International Education Week includes a variety of globally focused events, including Global Fest, Loyola Rome Alumni Panel, and a Faculty & Staff Global Engagement Reception. Rome wasn’t built in a day—but your study abroad journey can start today! Join our Rome Center Alumni Panel to hear firsthand what life, academics, and adventures in the Eternal City are really like. From weekend travels to daily espresso runs, they’ll share tips for making the most of your time abroad.

Global Fest: Celebrate International Education

Celebrate International Education Week at Global Fest! All students are invited to come together for an afternoon of global flavors, music, connection, and learning as we honor Loyola’s rich international spirit. Learn about international opportunities and fellowships and global engagement across the university and hear from keynote speaker, Professor Emeritus of Loyola, member of the Board of the Chicago Chapter of the Fulbright Association and a member of the Fulbright Mentoring Committee - Marilyn Susman, Ph.D.
