Lina Flores

Community Outreach Program Manager


Lina is an alumna of Loyola University Chicago, earning a B.A. In Women's Studies and Gender Studies and a B.S. In Psychology in 2021, and an M.A. In Applied Social Psychology in 2022. Lina previously worked at Loyola's Center for Student Engagement, supporting student organizations and helping students to strengthen their capacity for leadership and success in their roles. She earned her M.A. In Women's Studies and Gender Studies in 2025 and had the honor of teaching a WSGS 101 course. Lina is passionate about helping students connect their academic and personal journeys and understand their capacity for building community and creating social change. Outside of work, Lina likes to walk around Chicago while listening to music and podcasts. She enjoys reading, drinking coffee, doing recreational sports, and exploring the city with her friends, and hopes to help Ramblers continue to find creative ways to find their purpose and build their community.
