Megan has been at Intel for 25 years working in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. She started in Sales and Marketing in Australia and then moved to Hong Kong to start up the Sales & Marketing site procurement in Asia. Megan covered a variety of categories including Sales & Marketing, Travel, relocation & HR procurement based out of Asia and the UK. She has predominantly held Global positions in indirect procurement, setting global strategies for both procurement and sustainability, SD&I, performance metrics and managing global teams.
Currently, Megan oversees the global channel products and logistics sourcing, working with her team on implementing innovative strategies in Transportation, Contract logistics and Channel Product Logistics, globally. In addition to this she is managing the International Supplier diversity & Inclusion program which has a key focus on Women, Minority, LGBTQ+, disability owned business in our supply chain. She is also very involved and a strong advocate and champion of D&I in the workforce working on people development to help drive a diverse pipeline.
In 2017 she represented the UK at the W20 in Germany and attended the Global Citizen event in 2017 & 2018 to promote what Intel is doing in Supplier Diversity & Inclusion. In 2019 she was awarded the New York Moves Magazine Power Women of the year. She has been recognized by winning awards from procurement leaders, CIPS, Procurement Leaders, Procurecon, Ethical Sourcing and EDA for the work she and her team have done. She is a Global board member of WeConnect International, the Advisory Chair of WeConnect Europe.
