Director of Performance at Northwestern Medicine
Sarah Peters is Director of Supply Chain Performance at Northwestern Medicine, where she leads continuous improvement, project execution, performance measurement, and operational excellence across the health system. A former educator and coach, she is passionate about developing emerging leaders and creating practical solutions that improve how organizations work. She also serves as an adjunct professor and Education Chair for AHRMM Chicago.
