In Jesuit traditions and education, MAGIS refers to the philosophy of doing "more" or "the greater good" for others. It asks individuals to constantly discern and choose the option that will have the most positive and universal impact. We therefore commemorate our 15th Annual International Symposium on Digital Ethics in this broader theme that connects with our mission-driven priorities at Loyola University Chicago. This event is hosted by the Center for Digital Ethics and Policy.

THIS EVENT WILL FEATURE a conversation between President Mark C. Reed and Fr. James Martin, S.J., bestselling author and Jesuit priest, inspired by Fr. Martin's new book, "Work in Progress." The discussion will explore themes of faith, vocation, and service, including how they intersect with our work, relationships, and sense of purpose. The event will include an opportunity for attendees to purchase and have copies of the book signed. The event is free, but registration is required.

Let All Who Are Thirsty, Come: Examining the Appeal of Catholicism and Rise in Conversions Among Young Adults
A conference cosponsored by Mission Integration and the Hank Center exploring the increase of inquirers and conversions to the Catholic Church. Panels of practitioners, students, and scholars will discuss enchantment/re-enchantment of the life of faith; media influence; class, gender, and culture in this revival; whether or not this is a revival; and what this means for young people and the Church in 2026.
