Cayuse is an electronic research administration system that is composed of
multiple modules, each of which is dedicated to a specific aspect of research
management. It will be the institution-wide Electronic Research Administration (eRA).

LabArchives
LabArchives Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) for Research is a digital notebook and workspace for better data management, connectivity, and collaboration. It makes it easy to record, organize, analyze, and share experiments and data wherever you are. Additionally, it improves availability of your data with all your workflows, methods, and findings on one secure and accessible software platform. Lastly it allows you to document your research with an intuitive interface designed for scientists. Users are able to create custom page templates and JavaScript tools or utilize dozens of premade widgets including chemical sketching, calculators, and more.

Proposal Transmittal and Approval Process (PTAP)
The Lakeside Proposal Transmittal & Approval Process (PTAP) is the internal Electronic Research Administration (eRA) system for extramural funding for the Lakeside campuses.

Research Channel
The Research Channel/Portal is an online routing and storage system for grant applications originating at the Health Sciences Campus. The system is also used to enter and route payroll changes that impact grants in addition to facilitating grant effort reporting.
