About

Sean is continually on the lookout for innovative methods to motivate and educate his students as well as his clients in his roles as a leadership consultant and adjunct professor. Sean worked for his family's business, a distribution firm specializing in hospitality supplies, for almost 25 years before deciding to change directions professionally. He is currently in the final stages of completing his DBA in business administration at the University of Missouri–St. Mr. Leahy is well-versed in a variety of fields, including leadership, strategic management, entrepreneurship, family-business research, and sales and marketing.

Sean's research is focused on innovation in organizations and its impact on family-firm culture.
