Gabrielle Lieberman

Gabrielle leads research at a leading global leadership advisory firm, where her team's work explores critical leadership topics such as women in leadership, CEO succession, GenAI, leadership engagement, board culture, business transformation, sustainable leadership, and the development of next-generation leaders. She previously held leadership roles at a digital talent startup and a premier global market intelligence company, frequently presenting her research to Fortune 100 clients across the world.
In addition to her other roles, Gabrielle serves on a non-profit board focused on protecting access to green spaces in her community. She finds this work particularly fulfilling.
Gabrielle's work has garnered recognition in top-tier media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Law School Forum, BBC, NPR, and numerous local publications.
