Maricruz Luna

Senior Program Manager for Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility

Maricruz Luna (she/her) is a dynamic higher education professional with over fourteen years of experience in the social impact field. She currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago. There, she works on the Baumhart Scholars MBA, a specialty MBA for working professionals focused on social and environmental impact. Prior to joining LUC’s Quinlan School of Business, Maricruz was the Assistant Director of the Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution at Georgetown University. She leverages her expertise in program management and community building to foster enriching and inclusive learning environments for students, faculty, and staff. Inspired by the peace practitioners she worked with during her time on the leadership team for Georgetown’s peace and conflict studies master's program, Maricruz has completed training in facilitation, mediation, restorative circle keeping, active bystander intervention and de-escalation, nonviolent communication, and conflict resolution.
