Employees who already have ProCards: the ProCard office can be contacted to add a new accounting unit to the list of available accounting unit choices within PNC Active Pay. Send an email to Procard-Admin@luc.edu to add an AU to the listing of available AUs in PNC Active Pay.
Employees who do not already have ProCards: an application for a new ProCard may be completed and sent to the ProCard office. Note that a grant cannot be the default accounting unit on a ProCard so the user must also request to have access to non-grant AUs to receive a ProCard. The application can be found on the Finance Divisions Forms page under ProCard Application Form or by direct link.
