The Burn and Shock Trauma Research Institute provides advanced research training for individuals holding the Ph.D., M.D., M.D./Ph.D. degrees or equivalent. Because our Institute is interdisciplinary, our research programs attract individuals with interests in a wide range of specialties. Our current post-doctoral trainees come from diverse backgrounds ranging from immunology, physiology, biochemistry, and cell biology through neuroscience.
