Loyola offers a student dental PPO insurance plan administered by Academic HealthPlans and underwritten by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Enrollment in the plan is voluntary. Highlights and benefits include:
- No Deductible (applies to preventive/diagnostic services)
- Periodic oral evaluation
- Exams, Cleanings, X-Rays
- Preventative fluoride treatment
- Restorative services offered at 80% of the maximum allowance
The following rates apply to Loyola students, their spouse, domestic partner and/or child(ren). The student's annual or semi-annual premium will NOT be billed to his/her Loyola student account.
