April Whitworth

Assistant for Campus and Community Planning

April is the Assistant for the Department of Campus and Community and Planning, managing the division's business, operations, special events, and personnel.

Prior to joining Loyola in June of 2011, April worked for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago as a Program Coordinator for the TEAM TO END AIDS.

April holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.  She also is a seasoned fitness professional, having earned her certificate from the National Personal Training Institute in personal training, as well as a Level 1 coaching certification from USAT (United States Association of Triathlon).
