Neighborhood bike Ride

Join Loyola University Chicago students, faculty, staff and community members for a bike ride through Rogers Park and Edgewater neighborhoods, followed by a trip along the lakefront trail. Participants will stop for dinner at the Terry Student Center, located at Loyola's Water Tower Campus, before riding back to the Lake Shore Campus.

This event will allow you to:

  • Meet fellow members of the Rogers Park and Edgewater community
  • Familiarize yourself with neighborhood bike routes
  • Refresh your knowledge of the rules of the road from expert rideres at the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation
  • Have fun

Date: Sunday, September 9
Time: 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Starting and ending Location: Lot located near Loyola CTA stop (between Harris Bank and Beck's Bookstore)

Free bike rentals and helmets available to the first 50 off-campus Loyola students living in Rogers Park or Edgewater neighborhoods. ONLY OFF CAMPUS STUDENTS INTERESTED IN RESERVING A BIKE: (Register Here)  No registration is required for other participants...just come and bring your helmet!
