Semester Budget Request
Semester Budget Requests are requested to cover organizations’ fall and spring semester events and programs. The Semester Budget Request process occurs each spring and fall semester for requests that are made for the following semester (e.g. spring 2013 semester requests are for programs that happen in fall 2013).
Semester Budget Requests for fall 2013 are due Monday, March 25 at 8:00 am. As with any funding requests, late submissions will not be accepted. After turning in the semester budget request, the organization representative will be assigned a time to present their budget to the Allocations Committee at a budget hearing. After the budget hearing, budget requests will be returned to organizations from the Allocations Committee with allocation notations and/or final budgets. Please note: Budget hearings are optional.
