Action Plan Monitoring

Action Plan Monitoring

Units in the monitoring phase of the APR process submit an annual progress report on their Action Plan to the APR Team using the Monitoring Report Template.  

Non-CAS units will create a draft monitoring report using the Monitoring Report Template and will then schedule a meeting with the provost to share their progress and discuss any challenges since their last monitoring report. It is suggested that this meeting occur no later than two weeks before May 1st. After their provost meeting units will finalize their report, including any changes to objectives or addition of objectives in the report submitted to the APR team.  

Units within the CAS will create a draft monitoring report using the Monitoring Report Template and will then schedule a meeting with the CAS Dean to share their progress and discuss any challenges since their last monitoring report. It is suggested that this meeting occur no later than two weeks before May 1st. After their CAS Dean meeting units will finalize their report, including any changes to objectives or addition of objectives in the report submitted to the APR team. The Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences will meet with the provost to discuss the action plan progress of CAS units once all annual meetings are complete.  The meeting between the Provost and the CAS Dean should occur by Aug 1st in time to prepare for the fall semester.   

Final Monitoring Reports are due the 1st of May of each academic year.
