Each year, as part of the university-wide Weekend of Excellence, the Undergraduate Research and Engagement Symposium features oral and poster presentations on undergraduate research and community engagement projects supported by LUROP fellowships, external programs, academic courses, service-learning experiences, internships, or community partnerships. The symposium engages the diverse ways undergraduate students advance Loyola’s Jesuit mission of “expanding knowledge in service to humanity through learning, justice, and faith.”
