Çerağ Pinçe specializes in supply chain management, focusing on sustainable operations and after-sales services. His research—grounded in close collaboration with industry leaders in consumer electronics, hi-tech, and aerospace—addresses challenges such as value recovery from returns and proactive management of critical service parts. He holds a PhD from Erasmus University, completed postdoctoral work at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, and previously worked as a research scientist at Turkey’s National Research Institute of Electronics and Cryptology.
