Verna Foster continues to work on dramatic adaptations. Her most recent article is "Mother Medea and Her Children: Maternal Ambivalence in the Medean Plays of Marina Carr, Cherríe Moraga, and Rachel Cusk," Comparative Drama (2021). Currently she is working on an adaptation of Marlowe's Dr. Faustus and the Faust legend: "From Magic to Science Fiction: Chris Bush's Feminist Faustus." Prof. Foster is on the board of the Comparative Drama Conference. She is presently the moderator for LUCRA.
