Center for Simulation Education

Welcome to the CSE!

Center for Simulation Education

The Center for Simulation Education (CSE) is a versatile resource for students and professionals throughout Loyola University Chicago’s three Chicago area campuses. All three campuses have dedicated space for simulation to ensure a safe environment for education, assessment and research, to enhance training, and to improve patient/client care.

  • Simulation-based education allows students and professionals from many disciplines (including medicine, nursing, dietetics, social work, and law), as well as residents, attendings, staff nurses, and interprofessional teams, to learn without risk to patients/clients or themselves.
  • Simulation education gives participants the opportunity to repeat and learn a skill to mastery.
  • Specific learning opportunities can be customized and immediate feedback can be provided.
