Re-Applicant Committee Registration

Re-applicants, or students who have already submitted an application to a professional school database (regardless of how far you went in the process), will follow a separate PHPAC cycle than new applicants. New applicants register for the PHPAC in the fall and complete a 6 month process while the re-applicants can register for an abbreviated committee process with modified deliverables and deadlines. Re-applicants will need to provide letters of recommendation to our committee by May 15th, 2025. If you are a re-applicant with questions, please email phadvising@luc.edu. 

The Re-Applicant PHPAC application is open and accepting submissions on a rolling basis until April 15th, 2025.

*The PHPAC application for First-time medical/dental school applicants closed in January 2025.

Deadlines:

• Re-Applicant registration is open on a rolling bases
• Re-Applicant registration will close on April 15th, 2025
• Abbreviated program deliverables will be communicated to reapplicants in spring 2025
  • Letters of Recommendation will be due on May 15th, 2025. More information regarding the letter of recommendation deadline and process for re-applicants will be communicated in Spring 2025.
