Inside Loyola

We consider submissions to Inside Loyola for events and announcements to promote to University faculty and staff. Submissions must be made two weeks in advance of the release date and include a URL to link to.

Special broadcasts and e-mails

University-wide news alerts and updates, including messages from the Office of the President, are sent by University Marketing and Communication (UMC) via special broadcast e-mails to all students, faculty, and staff. UMC manages a monthly calendar to ensure delivery of strategic communications. Requests for special broadcasts, along with a draft of the message, should be submitted two weeks in advance so UMC can properly schedule and review.

Digital Screens

Digital screens are positioned in key locations throughout the University’s Chicago campuses to help increase communication to faculty, staff, students, and visitors to Loyola. Those interested in posting information on the screens should also submit their information to the University Calendar at luc.edu/calendar. Solicitations from groups outside Loyola are not accepted. Submissions must include a URL to link to. Please allow five business days between submission and publication.

University calendar

UMC manages the University Calendar system. Events can be submitted to post at LUC.edu/calendar. Please allow five working days between submission and publication to the calendar.

Rambler Buzz

UMC manages Rambler Buzz, the University’s student-focused website. Submissions must include a URL to link to. Please allow five business days between submission and publication.
