Hello! My name is Esdaini Lopez, and I'm here to tell you about my Arrupe College experience.
What is your degree and how/why did you select your degree?
I am planning on earning a degree in political science because of the experiences I had in high school like joining clubs that were political based. Not only that but the way Society reacts to politics is very interesting to me so I want to be informed on why that is.
What has been your most challenging class and how did it change you?
My most challenging class has been math because it’s not my best subject but it made me realize that I needed to work harder. But Arrupe was able to help me by having math fellows which allowed me to improve my grades.
What professor should a new student absolutely take a class with and why?
A new student should absolutely take a class with professor Andy Ramos-Baker because he keeps his students engaged and provides us with materials that will be useful to help students study.
What's the best thing you've done since coming to Arrupe?
The best thing I've done since coming to Arrupe is meeting new people because everyone is so welcoming and gives a family vibe where you know everyone.
