Jenna Hammond

Director of Development and Communications, New Moms

Jenna is the Director of Development and Communications at New Moms, an organization that partners with young moms as they progress toward housing stability, economic mobility, and family well-being. She leads in all aspects of fundraising and communications to raise close to $2.5 million in private revenue annually. Jenna has 15 years of experience in non-profit development and earned a BA in Social Work at Trinity Christian College in 2007 and an MA in Social Work from UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work in 2012.
