Senior Buyer for the Emerging Brands, Ulta Beauty

As a Senior Buyer for the Emerging Brands team at Ulta Beauty, Jill onboards and launches new and upcoming brands. She works with passionate founders who create brands not only because of their love of beauty but also to innovate with clean ingredients, sustainable packaging, and diverse and inclusive products. In this unique role at the company, Jill is excited to continue to partner with these forward-thinking brands by furthering the work Ulta Beauty is already committed to within ESG and their corporate social responsibility.  

Jill started volunteering at the Mercy Home for Boys & Girls over 10 years ago as a tutor and in 2019, she joined the associate board.  She’s passionate about the support and opportunity that the home provides to at risk youth in Chicago.  She’s committed to advancing Mercy Home's mission whether that's through fundraising, raising awareness or tutoring and working with the youth.  

Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Art & Retail Management from Columbia College Chicago. Outside of work and volunteering, she loves to travel where she can learn about different cultures and be inspired by new surroundings and experiences.
