Sparking Leadership Through Core Values

Baumhart Scholars MBA faculty and students discussed the intersection of transformative leadership and values based decision-making, and how to achieve joy, value, and purpose all at once.

Attendees explored their values, how to get clear on them, and how values may or may not show up in a leadership style. Attendees also explored the questions: What happens if there is misalignment and how can you seek the permission you need to lead in a way that aligns with your values?
