Kevin Conlon – Kevin founded Conlon Public Strategies in 1998 after serving in elected and appointed office, playing leading roles in numerous local and national campaigns, and practicing labor and employment law. As president of the firm, Kevin’s background and relationships give him an exceptional ability to assist clients at all levels of government and in the business, civic, and nonprofit communities.

Barbara Lumpkin – Before joining Conlon Public Strategies to help clients focus on sustainable growth, Barbara served as interim CEO of the Chicago Urban League and deputy CEO of Chicago Public Schools. A former financial services executive, Barbara made history as the first woman appointed comptroller for the City of Chicago and the first African American woman to serve as city treasurer.

Linda Diamond Shapiro – A health and human services leader in the Chicago area, Linda has previously assumed external affairs, government relations, and strategic planning positions with leading nonprofit organizations including as interim CEO of Planned Parenthood of Illinois and chief strategy officer at Cook County Health. For over a decade, she championed the growth of ACCESS Community Health Network to serve the greater Chicago area.

Raul Garza – Raul is the president and chief executive officer of Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, leading a $75 million system of integrated health care, community wellness, and child welfare services with more than 35 locations, including 23 community health centers.  With locations in nine counties and over 800 employees, Aunt Martha’s reaches more than 105,000 patients and clients, and impacts the lives of children and adults in some 600 communities across Illinois.

Jacqueline Sinclair – Jacqueline Sinclair is artistic director of Chicago’s Joel Hall Dancers & Center, a school of dance in Chicago that includes several resident dance companies. Sinclair was appointed to the role in 2018, after having been affiliated with the school for more than three decades. Sinclair manages the organization’s operations, including education, outreach programs, and the professional dance company. After a fire destroyed JHDC’s original location, she was integral in helping the studio and its community rebuild.
