Mary Hogue

Mary Hogue is a philanthropy professional with 15 years of experience leading social impact, corporate responsibility and employee engagement initiatives. Currently, Mary manages employee community engagement programs at Starbucks, empowering 400,000 employees around the globe to make a difference. Prior to Starbucks, Mary led grantmaking, disaster assistance and employee engagement programs at Boeing and spent nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector managing fundraising, communications and volunteer programs. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in News-Editorial Journalism and a minor in Gender Women's Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
