Student Rights, Responsibilities & Conflict Resolution Team (SRCR)

The Student Rights, Responsibilities & Conflict Resolution Team (SRCR) oversees the University’s student conduct process for all students and provides options for students seeking guidance and resources related to conflict resolution. They manage Loyola’s Community Standards which includes Student Conduct procedures, the Student Promise, Conflict Resolution services, and Restorative Practices. The SRCR Team supports students in understanding their responsibilities, encourages accountability, and fosters growth and learning to maintain a safe and respectful campus environment. They also host programming, workshops, and Community Circles throughout the year alongside their trained student leaders that make up the Student Community Board, Conflict Resolution Liaisons, and SRCR Student Assistants.
