Jude Rake, founding principal of JDR Growth Partners, believes that the bridge from strategy to execution is built on talent and culture. Leaders are being challenged to evaluate the talent they have, the talent they need, and the culture required for high engagement and high retention. In order to be successful, they will need to dig deep and deploy resources with precision. During this workshop, Jude talks about the current state of strategic planning followed by a close examination of strategic execution with a focus on what to keep/change in order to compete in ambiguous environments and unstable markets.
