The BBA in Human Resource Management degree program emphasizes interpersonal skills and the theory and techniques of selecting, training, organizing, motivating and evaluating people in work settings.

The Quinlan School of Business' human resource management major strives to instill in students a socially responsible managerial philosophy that prepares students for the responsibility of directing employees toward attaining their personal as well as organizational goals. All students are given the opportunity to understand business enterprise from the viewpoint of general management.

Society for Human Resource Management Alignment

Our program fully aligns with SHRM’s guidelines. Developed in 2006, the guidelines define HR education standards taught in university business schools across the country and help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards.
