Residence Hall Association (RHA) is the student organization that serves as the voice of all students who live on campus. RHA focuses on advocacy, programming, and leadership development. Hall/Area Council Recruitment 2025-2026

Welcome Ramblers to a new academic year! RHA will host hall/area council recruitment between August 19th-September 10th. Below is the current recruitment timeline for information sessions, application due dates, and elections. For in depth information regarding hall/area council, please visit this link here. Hall/Area Council Recruitment Timeline and Upcoming Dates

August 19th: Applications Open 

August 23rd, 25th, and 26th: Info Sessions

8/23 2:00 PM in Simpson MPR

8/25 8:00 PM in Baumhart Hall (WTC)

8/26 8:30 PM in Simpson MPR

September 2nd: Campaigning Begins

September 5th: Application closes

September 8th-10th: Elections

September 12th: Hall/Area Council members announced

September 20th: Hall/Area Council Retreat (mandatory)

Hall/Area Councils

Each residential area has its own representative body called a Hall/Area Council, which is within the larger Residence Hall Association. You can get involved in your Hall/Area Council by reaching out to your Hall/Area's executive board or Resident Director and by attending programs hosted by your Hall/Area Council throughout the year! Below is a list of Hall & Area Councils for the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • Kenmore Area Council (Canisius Hall, Georgetown Hall, Marquette Hall, Marquette South Hall)
