PLEASE NOTE:
The information below applies only to Stritch School of Medicine physicians-in-training and alumni. If you are a Loyola student or alumni, contact the University's Registration and Records Office.
We require up to three business days to process transcript requests and ten business days to process graduation verification or licensure forms. Requests via fax are responded to in the same time period as regular mail. Emails cannot be accepted for transcript requests unless they include and attached PDF of a completed and signed transcript request form.

Request your transcript and MSPE through the EDFO; include Agape Lamberis, Registrar, ssomregrec@luc.edu, as your medical school official to whom the requests should be sent.
