Bram Bluestein

Managing Partner, Bluestein & Associates

Bram Bluestein spent over 35 years as a management consultant. He learned to be a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, to be a partner at Booz Allen and Hamilton and to build practices and a firm while at AT Kearney. At BCG, Bram served clients from Boston, Johannesburg, South Africa, London and Chicago. At BAH, he developed new approaches to developing hospital strategies and to awarding executive compensation.  At ATK, Bram wrote the textbook on account management building while leading the largest automotive account of the firm. He also held positions of increasing administrative responsibility, including leading the firm's industry practices and for a period, he led both the ATK and EDS's Solution Consulting industry practices. After ATK, Bram returned to BAH as a Senior Partner and led the Global Automotive Practice and served on the Management Consulting Management Committee and the Board of the Firm's China subsidiary.

Today, Bram actively invests in early stage businesses and manages the family's investment through their family office. He serves on several private company boards, including a major vehicle leasing company. He also gives back as an Executive Committee member of the Civic Consulting Alliance, a Board member of the Chicago Humanities Festival and the Chairman of the Midwest Advisory Board for Lafayette College, his alma mater. He has also been active in the Economic Club of Chicago. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., served in the U.S. Army in Ft. Sill, Ok, and received a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
