Sustainability Coordinator, Loyola University Chicago

Megan Conway

Megan (Walton) Conway is the Sustainability Coordinator for the Loyola University Chicago Office of Sustainability. Megan works with the Director of Sustainability to advance a campus-wide culture of sustainability and social justice. Additionally, Megan acts as the primary point of contact for sustainability at Loyola’s Water Tower and Health Sciences Campuses.

Prior to joining the Office of Sustainability in 2021, Megan served as a Programs Specialist at Delta Institute, a nonprofit organization that works with communities throughout the Midwest to solve complex environmental challenges. Megan developed and managed projects related to waste reduction and circular economies (including the 2021 City of Chicago Waste Strategy), regenerative food systems, and strengthening community resiliency in the Midwest.

Megan holds an MS in Public Service Management from DePaul University, a Graduate Certificate in Metropolitan Planning & Development, and a BA in Art History from Trinity University. She is a certified TRUE Advisor and serves on the Auxiliary Board for Rebuilding Exchange.
