Ola Bolton is the Midwest Inclusion and Diversity Lead for Accenture - a global company partnering with more than three-quarters of the Global Fortune 500 providing professional services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. She partners with the business and senior leadership to attract, develop, advance and retain key talent. She spends a considerable amount of time focusing her efforts on creating and promoting an inclusive work environment for more than 10,000 employees across 10 offices – one where all people can bring the best of their true selves and can be seen, heard and valued.
Ola has been at Accenture for over 20 years and has served in a variety of Human Resources roles spanning employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, staffing, performance management and recruiting.
Ola earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial & Organization Psychology from the University of Illinois – Chicago. She is passionate about community service and mentoring; and currently sits on the Executive Board of the Lake Shore Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc., a national African-American family-based organization aimed at stimulating the growth and development of children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty.
Ola resides in Chicago with Dana, her husband/best friend, and their 3 daughters, Tiara, Gabrielle and Kennedy.
