Fionna Millett

Managing Consultant, South Pole

Fionna Millett is a Managing Consultant in the Corporate Climate Targets practice at South Pole, a global sustainability advisory firm. She partners with clients to help scale needed climate action, with her role focused on measuring climate impacts and defining ambitious decarbonization strategies within the private sector. Before joining South Pole, Fionna worked as an Operations Excellence consultant at West Monroe Partners, and she draws on her background in organizational change management to help drive transformational change in support of sustainability. She has worked across a variety of industries including energy & utilities, retail, food & beverage, healthcare, and manufacturing & distribution. Fionna studied Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and recently completed a fellowship with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. She is excited to continue growing with a community of Chicago ESG leaders.
