The Baumhart Scholars MBA prepares leaders from the private, government, and social sectors to thrive at the intersection of profit and purpose. Baumhart Scholars selects extraordinary candidates who have proven leadership skills, strong academic foundations, and a demonstrated commitment to impact. Once selected, these students form a special cohort within Quinlan that benefits from:

Program structure

Baumhart Scholars is designed for working professionals who are ready for an intensive program alongside their careers. Scholars take courses on two evenings each week, and attend a monthly Saturday seminar on Loyola's Water Tower Campus.

Alongside this core coursework, Scholars are expected to participate in an opening immersion weekend, ongoing leadership development programming, and bi-monthly mentorship.
