Advancing DEI in our Workplaces

Advancing DEI in our Workplaces is a forum for rising leaders who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Through weekly leadership conversations, the program will examine five themes:
- The Business Imperative for DEI (February 3)
- Allyship, Bridge-Building, and Leading from Below (February 10)
- Developing Inclusive Cultures (February 17)
- Leveraging Diverse Talent (February 24)
- Engaging Employees in Impact (March 3)
The opportunity to join the series is by application only and candidates must apply by January 11, 2021.
Who should apply
Rising leaders who are committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplaces are encouraged to apply. We anticipate most participants will be from the private sector and will have less than 10 years of working experience.
Program Structure
This program will take place weekly over Zoom on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7 p.m. CT from February 3 through March 3. There will also be weekly reading assignments for each session.
