Baumhart Suites on the Water Tower Campus

Book your Single-Occupancy Room, which includes one private, lockable queen bedroom (linens not included) and full bathroom. You will share an apartment with another academic tenant of the same gender, whom we will assign.
Amenities include: a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. All apartments include a desk, chair, sofa, side table, coffee table, and thermostat.
Requirements
We require a minimum stay of 90 days, and payment is due in full at the start of each semester. Fall semester runs August 1 – December 31; Spring semester runs January 1 – May 15. If you check in after the first day of a semester, your payment will be prorated to reflect the nights of your stay, provided your total stay does not fall below 90 days.
In order to stay with us, we require the following:
- Non-Refundable Deposit of $1,500. Due at the time of reservation. Applied toward total balance (Spring semester for full-year students).
- Fall Semester Payment: This is due in full at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Spring Semester Payment: Due in full by January 5, 2027.
- Refundable Damage Deposit in the amount of $500: This must be a separate transaction from the above and is due 7 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded at the end of the stay if the apartment is left clean and undamaged.
- Certificate of Renters Insurance with at least $100,000 in liability insurance: Under "additionally insured," the certificate must name "Loyola University Chicago, its affiliates, including Mundelein College, and each of their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and trustees." This can be purchased through an insurance agency such as State Farm, Allstate, or Lemonade. It is due 7 days prior to arrival.
- Government-issued identification: Must be presented when checking into your accommodation.
