Loyola's Conference Services Department has a wide range of audio-visual equipment and on-premise audio-visual specialists to ensure the success of your event. Choose from many popular audio-visual items including the following:

Audio/Visual Specialists

Audio/Visual specialists are available for an hourly rate of $30 per hour per technician. To ensure that we can staff your event we ask that you please notify Conference Services 10 business days in advance.

Loyola Groups

Please email your audio/visual request to conferences@luc.edu along with your 10 digit account number for us to complete a chargeback.

We ask that you notify Conference Services of any audio/visual needs at least 10 business days prior to your event.
