Izzy Moore

Ph.D. Student

Izzy Moore is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago. She joined Loyola in 2021 and has also worked with the Department of Physics as a Lab Coordinator, where she supports the College Physics Laboratory I & II courses.

Moore holds an M.S. in Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics (TPAM), Mathematics, and Computer Science from Loyola. Her interdisciplinary academic background brings together computer science, mathematics, and physics, reflecting a strong interest in the connections between these fields.

As a graduate student in Computer Science, Moore is continuing to develop her expertise through doctoral study while contributing to the academic community at Loyola. Her experience in physics laboratory instruction and her background in mathematics and computer science provide a broad foundation for interdisciplinary work and teaching.
